All items in my shop are designed and hand created by me. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me through the contact page.
At this time, I only accept PayPal payments. All purchases must be paid in full within 48 hours or I will assume you will not be completing the transaction. If you are unable to use PayPal, please contact me and we can try to work out an alternative form of payment.
For PayPal transactions, items will be shipped within 3-5 days of receiving full payment. All items will be sent with shipping confirmation so we can both track the status of the order. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items during the shipping process.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, please contact me and send the item back within 10 days of receiving the purchase. After I receive the item I will send you a full refund of the price of the item, minus shipping and handling charges.
